The location of the hotel is a bit remote, making it difficult to access the city after a long day of sightseeing. there is a lack of good spas in the area. the hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing and offers beautiful rooms and bathrooms. the staff, although struggling with English, provides inconsistent service. Despite claims of being eco-friendly, they still use plastic cups, bottles, and toiletries that contradict their environmental stance.
The host, Tatiya, was reportedly rude.

Beautiful and pleasing environment overall. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing with basic necessities provided. Location is tranquil, far from the hustles and bustles of the city.
It's a budget accommodation, not really a luxury B&B. Basic amenities such as water bottles were not readily available.

Lastly, the hotel offered excellent amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay during the Christmas holidays.
